A Catalan family house that has made wine in the Penedès since 1777.
Maset del Lleó began in 1777 in the Penedès, south of Barcelona, where the Massana family has grown grapes and made still wine and Cava for more than two centuries.
Eleven generations later the house farms estates across nine Spanish appellations and fills more than five million bottles a year. It is a family affair still: one of its most-loved reds carries the name of the current owner's grandmother.
The range we carry runs from easy table wines to long-aged Reservas, and includes the wines Maset makes together with FC Barcelona.
